3D Printing

Alpine Heights

Summit Real Estate Group approached Savant to develop an interactive sales tool for the new development of Alpine Heights Village. The models were intended to spark interest in the future development of Alpine Heights, highlight available residential real estate offerings through tablet functionality, and be adaptable for a phased launch approach.

Alpine Heights Village has undergone significant transformation over the last decade, and the large-format model illustrates the extensive development of the Village Core. The main model features over 250 3D-printed parts and pieces, all meticulously hand-painted and assembled. Interactive LED lighting was incorporated throughout the detailed winter scene. The newly developed Ridgeview residences sold out within 11 weeks of the model's installation

Crestview

Savant was approached to create a full-color display for a new residential project called Crestview at Summit, located at the base of Peak Ridge Mountain. The Crestview Team needed a well-designed showpiece for their opening sales center, but it had to be completed quickly and within an agreed-upon budget.

Savant utilized the client-provided 3D Revit data along with in-house color 3D printing capabilities to meet all the client's requirements. Drawing on their extensive experience with mountain and resort projects, the challenging narrow, and steep topography of the site posed no issue. The final display featured custom-branded signage as well as a sleek, modern display table.
